Personal

Branding

Before committing to our services, we kindly request that you review our comprehensive terms of engagement for a clear understanding of our mutual expectations and obligations.

  • The ‘understand workshop’ is a 2 hour session that sets the foundation for your branding process and business going forward. In this session, we delve deep into your persona to review four key areas that will assist you in your branding and business structure: values, personality, life stage, and resources. Each of these are essential to defining how you want to structure your brand for the future.

Values assess how you allocate your time, money and energy. Personality is how you will run your business and what support systems or people you will need to be successful. Lifestage is where you want to go in the future and reviews the end goal of your business. Finally, resources are what you need to achieve these goals. Once you have completed this workshop, a plan can be created to help you begin your branding journey.

Once the workshop is complete, there are several options of how to progress the work on your brand, depending on where you are in your journey.

  • There are a few ways we can assist with your branding journey. The first and most popular option, is a 12 week coaching process to take you from where you are now, to be ready to onboard your first customer. Each month has a specific focus: understanding your brand, building your brand and leveraging your brand. These begin with a two hour workshop, followed by weekly one hour coaching sessions related to each of the 12 steps in the e-ttraction process.

This option includes coaching together with online resources to support you in building your personal branding assets. This is best suited for executives with existing assets that just need updating or where a website is not required. If new assets are required, such as a building a brand new business, Option 2 is a better selection.

  • This option has all of the benefits and coaching of option 1, but also includes the digital assets required for your brand and business. This includes the construction of a personal website, headshot photography ,and graphic design for your social media banners.

  • Once you have completed your branding work and created your digital assets, the next phase is to consistently create content to engage and e-ttract your target audience into your brand and business.

This work focuses on two main areas: creating thought leadership content, and adding more connections. The content includes writing blogs, social media posts, podcasting and/or creating videos. Adding connections is LinkedIn outreach, email marketing and/or other social media interactions.

6-Month Timeline

Month 1

Understand

Understanding yourself is key to building a successful brand. Many successful people have not invested the time being introspective so they can clearly articulate who they are and how they want to be perceived. We create the opportunity to uncover your true path with our robust 4-step e-ttraction method.

Month 2

Build

Once you have a clear understanding of how you would like your brand to be perceived, we build your brand in a digital ecosystem. This includes sophisticated use of websites, SEO, social media, and email marketing so you can communicate your message to your target audience.

Month 3

LEVERAGE

Building a platform to share your message to your target audience is the start of the e-ttraction process, but without regular activity, it will not achieve the desired results. The process starts with a crisp pitch that engages your audience to want to hear more. Regular digital content such as blogs and adding these connections to your database is essential for long term success. Finally, being able to convert an opportunity is the final step in building a successful business.

CONTENT STRATEGY

Once the 3 key e-ttraction steps are completed, the leverage processes need to be repeated each month to build your brand message with your audience over time. We recommend at least weekly thought leadership content, which will begin as written blogs.

However, we find that service professionals often do not have time to write, so we have created alternative content production methods better suited to your busy lifestyle. This can come in two main forms: audio or video. In month 4, we explore these options as part of the creative process, whilst maintaining the regular written content.

Month 4

Month 5

CONTENT PRODUCTION

Creating the audio and/or video content requires production, equipment, and guest interaction. We guide and assist you in this process. Each situation is slightly different and we tailor your content to suit your business’ needs. However, the production processes are quite similar. With expert podcast and video experience, we can run the entire process for you.

Month 6

CONTENT REVIEW

After launching your new content to your audience, it is important to review your statistics and reactions. We monitor your content and make appropriate adjustments to ensure your success. From this step, some clients manage their own content processes or we can continue to produce, review, and adjust as required.
