Marketing is traditionally thought of as promotion (1 of the 4 P’s). Furthermore, it’s often mistaken for digital marketing or social media marketing. Some people even go so far as to think that marketing = Instagram. But marketing is far more than this limited view.

The strategy workshop is an integral part of our process which is essential to create a strategic marketing plan to meet your goals. The process starts with our team researching your business and target market within an in-depth 2-hour workshop, which is then followed by a 16-week action plan for your business.

The way we work at Social Star involves taking you through a 16-week coaching process to take you from where you are now, to be ready to onboard your first customer. Each phase has a specific focus:
(i) understanding your brand,
(ii)building your brand and
(iii)leveraging your brand.
This involves a weekly one hour coaching sessions related to each of the 12 steps in the e-ttraction process.This includes coaching together with online resources to support you in building your personal branding assets. We develop your website, revamp you LinkedIn profile and support you in building out your branding materials such as a branding guidelines, headshots, business photography and certain graphics to be used across your digital media profiles.

Understand
Understanding yourself is key to building a successful brand. Many successful people have not invested the time being introspective so they can clearly articulate who they are and how they want to be perceived. We create the opportunity to uncover your true path with our robust e-ttraction method.
Phase 2
Build
Once you have a clear understanding of how you would like your brand to be perceived, we build your brand in a digital ecosystem. This includes development of your LinkedIn, website, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media and a custom email address so you can communicate your sophisticatedly-branded message to your target audience.
Phase 3
LEVERAGE
Building a platform to share your message to your target audience is the start of the e-ttraction process, but without regular activity, it will not achieve the desired results. The process starts with a crisp pitch that engages your audience to want to hear more. Regular digital content such as blogs and adding these connections to your database is essential for long term success. Finally, being able to convert an opportunity is the final step in building a successful business.

Each section of the module may present different challenges and time requirements, and that's perfectly normal. Our package includes a month for onboarding and offboarding to accommodate any unexpected delays. However, if completion extends beyond six months, we will begin billing on a monthly basis. To avoid this, it's important to stay on track and complete the weekly tasks as directed by your account manager.

So, while you may not interact with them in every meeting, their expertise and support are always accessible when needed.
