The strategy workshop is an integral part of our process which is essential to create a strategic marketing plan to meet your goals. The process starts with our team researching your business and market, followed by an in-depth 2-hour workshop, our team will then create a strategic marketing plan with a 16-week action plan for your business.

There are two different approaches: Personal branding for individuals and Business branding for organisations.

Personal brand workshop

This session is designed to provide clarity to your brand and personal business.

Come prepared with your specific challenge and we will apply our 12-step e-ttraction framework to uncover the resistance and provide a clear path forward.

This session will provide specific and remarkable solutions that you can implement yourself or with our assistance.

Once the workshop is complete, there are several options for how we can progress the work on your brand, depending on where you are in your journey.

Business brand workshop

These sessions are designed to solve a central business problem related to e-ttracting: clients, staff or partnerships.

Come prepared to review your company goals, target market and competitors to develop a winning strategy using our inside-out marketing strategy.

We will review the three key brands in your business and how we can best apply your resources of time, money and connections to maximise your outcomes.

It is highly recommended to bring your key staff for this session. The session can be run at your office to enable more staff to attend.

Once the workshop is complete, we will have a strategic plan and we can work together on how best to deliver this with your internal resources, agencies and our assistance.

Deliverables

Once we have finished the session, we will suggest ways to execute the work. This will include a proposal for us to assist with the work, and report on our monthly metrics with minimum risk, whilst creating new opportunities to e-ttract clients, staff and partners.

By building the brand assets to e-ttract your clients we provide remarkable value to your business.

    Your passion & core value proposition (based on Dr John Demartini’s work),

    2) Product Development Strategy
    Great for consultants, this will identify what are you selling and how to position it in the market,

    3) Sales & Marketing Strategy
    How to build a sales funnel where the clients come to you,

    4) Personal Brand Strategy
    Review your online presence and make detailed notes on changes required to better communicate your core offering.

  • From the foundation workshop, the marking plan is then created.

    A solid marketing plan is essential to ensure we aren’t wavering too far from our collaborative goals but also allows us to keep the big picture in mind.

  • Although prior research is conducted prior to our foundation workshop, we create a thorough digital brand audit. Here we look into all your current social media accounts, LinkedIn profiles (personal and company), your website and everything in between.

The 3-step process

The physical workshop

During the Business workshop, our main focus will be on documenting your Goals, Target Market, and Competitors as well as crafting a tailored Strategy that aligns with our established processes, ensuring it's a perfect fit for your needs.

The Personal Brand follows the e-ttraction 12-step formula.

This session is typically recorded, allowing us to revisit the valuable insights gathered and use them as a foundation to develop your Marketing Plan.

Execution phase

As all this information is captured, the Account Coordinator will input everything into the marketing template so we can create a thorough marketing plan.

This plan will include a summary of the workshop, cost allocation and 6-month action plan to be used as a guide throughout our collaborative journey.

The Research Phase

We kickstart the research phase well in advance of the workshop to ensure we know enough background information about you and your business.

We call this phase the Brand Audit as we delve deep into your digital history, you might be surprised what we find!
